Best Price Guarantee: The Best Price Guarantee applies to all Skyline Funding first mortgage products only. The best price guarantee does not apply to FHA / VA loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) and second mortgages. To qualify for the best price guarantee, within 24 hours of receipt, fax the Good Faith Estimate and the Truth-In-Lending Disclosure Statement from the other lender to Michael Klein, President, at 1.312.649.5833. A loan consultant will then contact you to confirm if we are able to beat our competitor's rate and fees by at least $300, and provide a loan price quote. The Skyline Funding loan price quote will be based upon a loan with the same terms and conditions as the competitor's Good Faith Estimate and Truth-In-Lending Disclosure Statement (Adjustable Rate Mortgages must match rate, term, index, margin, caps per adjustment and lifetime cap). The Truth-In-Lending Disclosure and Good Faith Estimate from the other lender must be accurate and disclose that the combination of the interest rate and discount points and/or lender fees is/are lower than the interest rate and discount points and/or lender fees disclosed in the Skyline Funding loan price quote. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Skyline Funding will not guarantee lower lender fees if the Truth-In-Lending Disclosure and Good Faith Estimate from the other lender disclose that. (i) the quoted interest rate is higher than the Skyline Funding loan price quote, or (ii) the quoted interest rate is the same as the Skyline Funding loan price quote and the discount points are higher than the Skyline Funding loan price quote. We reserve the right to verify that the other lender's rate quote is a bona fide by telephoning the competing lender. If Skyline Funding is unable to offer a loan quote with the same interest rate and points, including fees that total at least $200 less than the other lender's quote, the loan quoted by the other lender must close on the quoted terms. Within 30 days following loan closing with the competing lender, mail or fax a certified copy of the final Truth-In-Lending Disclosure Statement and Settlement Statement must be accurate and disclose that the loan closed on the terms previously disclosed by the competing lender in its Good Faith Estimate and the preliminary Truth-In-Lending Disclosure Statement. If these conditions have been fulfilled, Skyline Funding will send you $500 within 21 days of receiving the required documentation. Skyline Funding will make all determinations of eligibility and qualification for payment of this guarantee. Its decisions and interpretations of these terms and conditions apply and shall be final, absent manifest error.

This Best Price Guarantee is subject to revision or revocation at any time without notice. Loans originated through the assistance of a third party and/or submitted to Skyline Funding via its wholesale division are not
eligible to participate in the Best Price Guarantee. Since market conditions change from day to day, once your rate is locked with us, the Best Price Guarantee is no longer applicable. If rates increase during your rate lock period, we will honor the rate you are locked at. If rates decrease during your lock period, we are under no obligation to deliver you a lower rate. Only one Best Price claim may be filed with Skyline Funding within a 12-month period
